   Following the Take Off Programme –
   Building Confidence, Learning how to create highly engaging Presentations and Delivering them with Authority, Emotion, Enthusiasm & Props.
4. Focused Business Development –
   Following the Taking Flight Programme, developing and enhancing skills along the way.
5. Leadership Skills
6. Becoming a Great Employer –
   Creating accurate job descriptions, Employment Contracts, Increased Financial commitments / Interview Techniques / How to find the right person and all things Employer related.

If you have chosen to create a new Career Path, we will be creating you a high level CV and you will be referred to top level recruiters to help you connect with high level opportunities. Your programme will also include advanced Speaking Skills and Leadership Skills development.
