BUSINESS CREATION & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

1. Any fees incurred while engaging with external providers, either sourced directly by the client or recommended by Phoenix Rising, for any aspect of any programme will be paid directly to the provider by the Client. Phoenix Rising Services will NOT be responsible for paying these fees.
2. ALL Programmes can be purchased in several ways:
   • A. Payment in full at the beginning of the Programme.
   • B. Payment by 50% Deposit paid at the beginning of the Programme, followed by the balance being paid in 3/6 or 12 equal instalments (depending on the duration of the Programme purchased).
   • C. Full cost of Programme divided into 3/6 or 12 equal instalments, depending on the duration of the programme plus £12.50 Admin Fee added to each payment.
   N.B. Each instalment payment will be subject to the addition of £12.50 Admin Fee.
3. Payments for ALL Programmes MUST BE COMPLETED by the end of the Programme.
4. Late Payments will incur an extra £12.50 Admin Fee and no further work will be undertaken until Payments are bought up to date. Any issues with making payments on time must be notified to Phoenix Rising Services as soon as they are known about.
5. Any outstanding fees at the end of any programme will be subject to debt recovery and will incur extra legal fees as incurred by Phoenix Rising Services in securing payment.

All options will be offered and discussed at consultation.
